Rubber have a wide range of applications, from household to industrial products. Our mineral series is widely used as functional fillers to optimize the cost performance ratio and to maintain the product quality. The fillers are used with other components called compounding ingredients which improve the processability, compression set, tear resistance, barrier properties and fire resistance. Surfaced treated reinforcing filers improves dispersibility and reduce the mixing time.

Ball Clay – BCTM
Ball clay or Plastic Clay is a rare mineral. It is a sedimentary kaolinitic clay, softer than Kaolinite. More than 90% of the clay particles have a diameter less than 10 microns.
Kaolinite – KNTM
It is a natural blend of Aluminum silicate and silica. Harder than ball clay but has a better economic advantage and significant reinforcing properties.

Talc is chemically known as hydrated magnesium silicate. It is the softest mineral on earth (Mohs hardness -1 ). Talc ground to fines maintaining the recommended aspect ratio provides:
