Sinhalese & Tamil New Year 2026

For nearly 8 years, during the Sinhala and Hindu New Year season in April each year, the company has been organizing the distribution of New Year gift packs to all permanent employees of the organization. This initiative is carried out based on the concept and guidance of the Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Chandana Bopitiya, and the Finance Director, Mrs. Kishani Bopitiya.

A special aspect of this program is that these gift packs are mainly intended to bring happiness to the children and family members of the employees. This is because the pack is not simply a collection of dry food items, but includes a variety of special food products that are not commonly consumed on a daily basis.

This year, 655 employees received the gift packs. The gift pack contains more than 20 premium food items such as cheese, Marmite, biscuits, chocolates, milk powder, beverages, and other valuable products, with an estimated market value of approximately LKR.20,000.00.

In addition, the travel bag used to pack these items is also designed to be reusable, making it practical for repeated use.

Through this initiative, the company expects to strengthen the positive attitudes and goodwill of employees and their family members towards the organization.
